Get an EnerGuide Home Evaluation
An EnerGuide home evaluation for a new home is a whole-home evaluation conducted by an energy advisor during the planning stages of your new construction project. The evaluation provides your contractors with unbiased expert advice on how to construct an energy efficient home.
Recommendations from an energy advisor can save hours of planning time and thousands of dollars on your construction project by helping address energy efficiency aspects of the home that are right for your project and budget.
Having an energy evaluation can also allow you to access more rebates and might even be required by your municipality to meet BC Energy Step Code requirements.
